Using the 360 Arm Trainer

How do I use it?

Hold the handle with a firm grip, then rotate your wrist and forearm so the weighted ball spins around the ring. Keep the movement smooth and controlled, and check the built-in counter to see your reps and time.

How big and heavy is it?

Approx. 7.4 × 6.3 in and about 1.3 lb, so it fits in a drawer, a desk or a carry-on bag.

Does the counter need batteries?

Battery details for the LCD counter are in the user manual that comes in the box. If you would like to check before ordering, just contact us.

Which colours are available?

Pink and White. When you buy 2 or 3, you can choose the colour of each one.
