Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all parts included. To start a return, email support@armbloom.online with your order number. We'll send return instructions; items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Multi-unit bundles

If you return part of a Buy 2 or Buy 3 order, the refund is based on the price you actually paid per unit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post it.

Want a different colour? The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order.
